People tell me that I'm an old soul, and I think that that's where my passion for savoring moments comes from. I married my high school sweetheart, Morgan, at his grandparent’s farm where we first met 10 years before marriage! We currently live in a tiny town outside Baltimore, Maryland with our sweet pup, Mack the Mastador. Our weekly calendar is centered around community. Friday night is date night, but other than that, you can pretty much find us spending time with the people we love over whatever my latest food creation is.

I started as a girl with a camera who was fascinated with light and love, and quickly became obsessed with the way a photograph captures real moments of joy...

I'm a believer in juxtaposition

which means that I see beauty in two contrasting ideas so...

I hate math but love equations… you know, like you + me + Netflix = the perfect date night.

I like a neat nick desk in the morning so that throughout the day I can make a mess on it… it gives me more space to breathe!

You can bet that if I have a drink it will be held in a cute mug, though I promise you that it will never be something hot!

I’m as easily thrilled by photographing a couple under the majestic branches of a magnolia tree as I am under the most iconic, marbled DC architecture.

I love neutrals best when paired with a tiny pop of color. And yes, hunter green and denim are definitely neutrals.
